12 hours of work, no run. Which is fine, since I wasn't planning to run anyways after the race. No soreness (really wasn't that much downhill, compared to this summer), just a bit of left hammy tightness. And my Achilles feels better than expected. Unfortunately, my right foot still hurts- feels like the start of a stress fracture. Probably some cross training and not much running for a week or two. And for the first time in 2+ years, I have absolutely no races on my schedule. Any ideas/recommendations?
