I have five cute kids. And I have some rockin short green racing shorts- I wear them mainly because it embarrasses my wife so much. I like ultimate frisbee, trail running, reading, and cheering for the Denver Broncos!   And I have the absolute best wife in the world.  And I used to run for the now-disbanded national Team Pearl Izumi- Ultra!

AM stretch

Lunch- yoga and frisbee. 9 people, so we did some 4v5 and some with 4v4. My team won 5-3. Warm (upper 70's) and breezy. Mid afternoon, I went to a chiropractor. Hope it helps my back. he said he can tell I've got years of tightness to fix

AM stretching

Lunch- frisbee. 4v4 and windy, so LOTS of running (and lots of bad throws/catches). 30 minutes into it I was trying to figure out why I was so much more sluggish/tired than usual, when I remembered I donated blood yesterday. That explains it. Game was tied 2-2 before my team scored 3 straight to win it.

Am bike and stretch

Lunch more stretch, then chiropractor. I feel much better after the adjustment, but that only lasts for a few hours.

Lunch- no yoga as instructor's husband has kidney stone (ouch). Frisbee- 6v6 on an overcast, breezy day. My team was getting whupped all during the warm up. But game to 5 started with my team going into the wind. First point took a while, then my team scored quickly. Soon 2-2, then my team scored 2 more, the other team scored, then we won 5-3.
