Went to the doctor today. Just hoping to get well enough to run Saturday.  Looks like I am unfortunately having another low mileage week.  Story of my life this year.

So you're not going to take me up on the offer for screwdrivers? Way safer than antibiotics.

It's been a rough couple weeks for you. I hope it all gets better soon.

Sorry to here about the sickness. Rest up tonight and tomorrow and then decide how your health feels for Saturday. Your fitness will be there as long as your health is better.

You're not alone. I've had to take the last three days off, socked in with whatever bug went around my office. Even if I get out tomorrow it'll still be a lousy week overall. Hang in there.
