One of my most pathetic workouts ever. Planned to run 8-10 miles. My legs and whole body immediately let me know that wasn't happening. Aborted the run and ended up a slow bike ride for 30 minutes. Pretty pathetic- just very tired. Not sure how much of today was coming back from a week sick and not working out, general tiredness, and the low cal diet catching up to me. Either way, not a day to remember. At least not for any amazing workout reasons.

i'm glad things have improved enough that you're back to work, exercise, and frisbee. sorry about the rough go today, though.

maybe you need to do a PF bagel run. :)

Ha, it made me laugh. I had forgotten about those. Pizza night was even better. Of course, Whole 30 diet won't let me eat either of those. Only 7 more days!

Glad you are feeling a bit better. Strength to you for the next 7 days...if they diet will allow you any :).
