AM- still had a little quad soreness but much less than after last week's run. Knee seems ok. Wanted to do a little fast stuff today, but on the treadmill (flat bothers my knee less). 4 miles warmup, then started at 9.2 mph and increased .2 mph each mile, with 3 miles at 10 and the last at 10.2. So 8 total fast, then 1 cooldown.
