I have five cute kids. And I have some rockin short green racing shorts- I wear them mainly because it embarrasses my wife so much. I like ultimate frisbee, trail running, reading, and cheering for the Denver Broncos!   And I have the absolute best wife in the world.  And I used to run for the now-disbanded national Team Pearl Izumi- Ultra!

AM- 10.5.  Feeling sore all over- maybe getting sick?  Both feet hurt.

I think I'm a hobbit.  Here is my eating today:

First Breakfast (6 am)- hard boiled egg, pancake

Second Breakfast (9 am)- huge, huge, HUGE bowl of oatmeal with 1/2 cup blueberries

Mid-morning snack (9:30 am)- chips

First Lunch (11 am)- banana

Second Lunch (2 pm)- apple, PBJ, yogurt, orange, veggies

Afternoon Snack (4 pm)- burrito

Second Afternoon Snack (5 pm)- many handfuls of peanuts

Dinner (6 pm)- Sandwich, salad, bread, and pastry at Panera Bread
