Lunch- 7.5 run plus 1 mile equivalent as part of a obstacle challenge at work.  Yes, I have no upper body strength, Ken.  But as much as I know doing some core work and strength training would help me, I just can't convince myself that it would help more than spending the time running, given my limited time.

PM- 11.  Very tuckered out, now.  Getting the body used to 90+ mile weeks is tiring, especially when you don't sleep enough.

Now Jon doing a few pushups, lunges, squats and some core work would take you all of 5-10 minutes. Not really cutting in to your running time much now is it!

10 min/day x 6 days/week x 52 weeks/year x 1 mile/7.5 min = 416 miles/year. 416 miles a year!
