Personal:

I have five cute kids. And I have some rockin short green racing shorts- I wear them mainly because it embarrasses my wife so much. I like ultimate frisbee, trail running, reading, and cheering for the Denver Broncos!   And I have the absolute best wife in the world.  And I used to run for the now-disbanded national Team Pearl Izumi- Ultra!

Slept through the morning run- way, way too tired.  So Lunch- 9.

My last remaining big toenail comes off tomorrow morning.  I'll be down to 8 toenails max.  Yup, I'm weird like that.  It's causing issues, and this is the year to get it off since we hit our high deductible with Zach's birth.  I'll get another 4 weeks of running with a very bloody and painful toe.  Good times.

It's interesting you are having your two largest toe nails removed when another friend of mine is having the other 8 removed leaving only his big toes untouched.

My 8 are often black but not really painful and not serious to cause any sort of issue (knock on wood). It's my 2 big ones that cause me pain right now. Well, just 1, since the right one was chopped off last summer.

We're sick individuals, we are, us ultrarunners.
