Lunch- 8 miles with the guys. It was very cold- mid 30's and windy. First time I've worn long sleeve shirt since last spring. Brr. Seriously, it was below 40- soo cold! I thought I was going to die or worse. Or at least be a human popsicle. My snot rockets were frozen solid before they hit the ground. I felt my skin freezing with 5 seconds, my eyelids kept freezing shut when I blinked, and I could feel frostbite forming on my toes. My fingers were cold for at least 3 hours after, and that includes during the 15 minute hot shower. Although, my knee didn't hurt during the run, so either the cold helped or it was numb. I'll take it either way.
