Lunch- wasn't planning to run till Thursday, and only a few miles then, but felt good so ran 5 miles.  Good times- not too sore.  Feeling better about trying the FHT attempt Thanksgiving week.

Here is an interesting article.  It is the best explanation I have ever seen about why Greece is in trouble, why it affects others, and what they can do.

Greece? Is that like another country?

Type of food. You ever heard of Greek restaurants, olives, and gyros? All related. And I think feta cheese is somehow involved, too.

Speakig of Greek Restaurants, have you been to Stax Omega yet in Greenville? Not far from Haywood Mall. I still crave the chicken supreme sandwich after 10 years.

I was just playing the typical dumb American with no knowledge of anything beyond our borders.

Rob- we actually tried to go there last month, and it looks like it is closed!

If that is true then I have no reason to ever move back. Except mane Barley's Pizza.

Where is Barley's Pizza?

You can also move back to be near me!

There's one in Ashville too which is where Ann and I are thinking about retiring in about 15 years.

Good call on Asheville- I'd love to live there, too.
