I have five cute kids. And I have some rockin short green racing shorts- I wear them mainly because it embarrasses my wife so much. I like ultimate frisbee, trail running, reading, and cheering for the Denver Broncos! And I have the absolute best wife in the world. And I used to run for the now-disbanded national Team Pearl Izumi- Ultra!
Lunch- 2 run, then 4 xt. My lack of sleep finally caught up to me, hard. Runny nose, stuffed head, sore throat, itchy eyes- yup, I'm sick. Blah. Rest, hope to get well enough for my 5k on Friday night.

What were your thoughts?
Mine- hate redemption island again. So anticlimatic- "you're voted off, but you might be back." And, hate even more sending people there right away. Very, very strongly dislike that. Otherwise, it's all good.

Yeah, I feel like redemption island takes a lot away from the game but its nice to see a twist after several seasons of the same format. I think they're trying to hype up the whole loved ones element too. You're playing a game, stop crying about the thought of sending your boyfriend back to the resort across the island. The first couple of weeks are tough to get through, but I'm sure it'll pay off once the wheels get turning.

Supposedly, couples can switch if one is in redemption island and the other one wants to take their place for a challenge. That could add some excitement.
