5 days...

8 medium-easy miles.  Ran to planet walk and arrived exactly the same time as Cody (not planned).  Ran to the end, then to his house.  Ran back to planet walk, to the end, then ran into Paul about halfway back (also not planned).  He ran the rest of the way home with me.  Nice to run into 2 guys on one run without planning it.  That is what happens when we all have the same easy run that is almost exactly 4 miles for all of us (Paul, is it 4.25 for you?).

The "Logan" haircut will definitely cut your time by at least 2 minutes. I have done the research to prove it! I'm getting the "Logan" haircut sometime this week as well.

If would have ran into me it would been super freaky! I think I have only done that run 3 times ever, but you guys seem to really like it. How is the taper going?

Good, but a bit too long. I feel great, though.
