I have five cute kids. And I have some rockin short green racing shorts- I wear them mainly because it embarrasses my wife so much. I like ultimate frisbee, trail running, reading, and cheering for the Denver Broncos!   And I have the absolute best wife in the world.  And I used to run for the now-disbanded national Team Pearl Izumi- Ultra!

I was supposed to run 14 miles after work, but it didn't work out.  Between 95 degree heat and a sore ankle from yesterday, I decided a few miles into my run to switch with tomorrow's schedule and make today the easy day.  Planet walk, 7 miles.  Now we will just see if I can get 2 medium runs in tomorrow.

Bummer about the ankle. Hope it gets better soon. Still doing the race sat?

And the ankle isn't too bad- I'll be fine by Sat.

What are you doing on Saturday?

I am doing the same race! I didn't know you signed up for it. I thought that I told you on Saturday that Allison signed me up for it because she wanted to do it. I remember you mentioning something about it, but Raspberry Days in Bear Lake is the same day, so I was wondering which race.

So you are doing it to? Do you want to drive together?
