I have five cute kids. And I have some rockin short green racing shorts- I wear them mainly because it embarrasses my wife so much. I like ultimate frisbee, trail running, reading, and cheering for the Denver Broncos!   And I have the absolute best wife in the world.  And I used to run for the now-disbanded national Team Pearl Izumi- Ultra!

Cool pics. I'm tired just thinking of all the climbing to get that high up. What are you going to do for elevation gain runs in South Carolina where the highest elevation is only 3560'?

Perhaps the heat and humidity training you'll get will offset the altitude training loss.

Thanks. And thanks for posting the pictures. I used to live in Logan while going to school, but I didn't run then. I'd love to run on the trails you posted pictures of.
