Personal:

I have five cute kids. And I have some rockin short green racing shorts- I wear them mainly because it embarrasses my wife so much. I like ultimate frisbee, trail running, reading, and cheering for the Denver Broncos!   And I have the absolute best wife in the world.  And I used to run for the now-disbanded national Team Pearl Izumi- Ultra!

Trail run- Ricks Canyon to Steel Hollow loop.  I felt ok going up Ricks, but then once I reached the top I didn't have anything in my legs.  I felt increasingly tired the whole way down, till I was crawling at the end.  Nice views, fun trail, but my legs were too shot to enjoy it much.  I am definitely not recovered from my trail race a few weeks ago.  Added a bit to the end to make it 13 miles, 1:50:00.  I did see a dead beaver on the way.  And I pulled a tick out of my leg afterwards.

I found my copy of Once a Runner. If you want to pm me your address I can send it to you. I can also give it to Cody in a couple of weeks at the Northwest Passage relay and he can give it to you.

Andy- just give it to Cody so we can save the postage. I'll make sure to get it from him. I look forward to reading it.
