I have five cute kids. And I have some rockin short green racing shorts- I wear them mainly because it embarrasses my wife so much. I like ultimate frisbee, trail running, reading, and cheering for the Denver Broncos!   And I have the absolute best wife in the world.  And I used to run for the now-disbanded national Team Pearl Izumi- Ultra!

Lunch- just under an hour running with the guys. Then, as my hip was hurting a bit (new niggle) and it's a recovery week, I stopped early and did a bit of biking.

So on your lunch "hour" you have convenient access to a bike and a place to ride it?

Lunch two hours- just under an hour running with the guys. Then, as my hip was hurting a bit (new niggle) and it's a recovery week, I stopped early and did a bit of stationary cycling.

There, now it's more detailed.

OK. I'm just imagining a pretty great place to work.

All I know how to do is talk about history and run Cody. I'm guessing there's no market for that.

We have a gym on campus with lots of equipment (that's how I can watch World Cup during lunch). They even provide soap and towels. There is also a .68 mile rubber track, 4 miles of dirt trails, and I can take 2 hr lunches most days.
