AM- 8. Felt good- most my miles were 7:30-ish
Lunch- frisbee. Way too many people- 21- meant we had 3 and 4 subs per team, which is way too much sitting and makes cohesion hard. My team wasn't playing well and lost the first game 5-2. Second game of 5v5 went better- we won 3-1. Very tired.
