Didn't sleep well again because of a sick, screaming kid.  Decided to skip my 4 am run to get some extra sleep.  I should have just gotten up and gone running, cause she kept me up that whole hour anyways.  Oh well, at least it is Friday.  And it is a 3 day weekend.

Sorry to hear about the problems this morning. Hopefully, you can get some rest this weekend.

Two words for you.

Jog Stroller.

They make them to accommodate all weather conditions. I'm sure they even have some with headlights.

check 'em out at fingerlakesrunningcompany.com (am I allowed to suggest a store like that or is that poor blog etiquette?)

I have a jogging stroller and use it all the time. But taking the kid out at 4 am in the rain, 38 deg temperature when she is sick, vomiting, and screaming at the top of her little lungs cause her stomach hurts so much? I can't do that.

Sorry you didn't get much sleep. Hopefully no one is vomiting tonight...

Good idea about the sleeping in.
