I have five cute kids. And I have some rockin short green racing shorts- I wear them mainly because it embarrasses my wife so much. I like ultimate frisbee, trail running, reading, and cheering for the Denver Broncos!   And I have the absolute best wife in the world.  And I used to run for the now-disbanded national Team Pearl Izumi- Ultra!

AM- 10 miles on the trails behind GE.  Nice morning for a run.

PM- Paris Mtn with Aaron, Jason, and first time with James.  Hottest day of the year, 89 deg, but I didn't really notice it too much.  Did the normal loop but added HO BR.  Also jumped into the lake halfway through so ran the rest of the way with squishy shoes.  12 miles, 2600 ft climb, 2 hrs.

Hottest day?!

We have already hit 93 in Salt Lake. Of course you still don't sweat really.

Yeah in SC it's 89 and 94% humidity. Here it's 93 and 11% humidity.

Yeah, Rob, Jake's right. You know that. Hot and humid is much worse than slightly hotter and not at all humid...
