I have five cute kids. And I have some rockin short green racing shorts- I wear them mainly because it embarrasses my wife so much. I like ultimate frisbee, trail running, reading, and cheering for the Denver Broncos!   And I have the absolute best wife in the world.  And I used to run for the now-disbanded national Team Pearl Izumi- Ultra!

Lunch- 6.5 ez.  Hammy was tight and definitely felt sluggish everywhere, but no other pains.  Finished up with some good weightlifting to try and improve my bench press strength.  Get swoll or die trying.

Everytime I think of you bench pressing I get a little smile on my face...no snickering though, that would just be rude.

Marci...can you say fish out of water?!?! Actually I have been impressed. For someone who doesn't do weights his mechanics and form are actually quite good! Dang Jon...yoga and weight lifting! What is the world coming to???

I told you, Ken- believe it or not, I lifted most days in HS and college. It's like riding a bike... although the muscles have disappeared.

Speaking of which, how many time can you bench 75%?
