no run on account of being tired and sore
Lunch- 45 min yoga, then frisbee. Temps were nice, very breezy, 7v7. I played terribly, especially my passing. And my team could have used 1-2 more good throwers. They were doing a zone and we just didn't have the enough throwers to beat it. It was a 5-2 massacre, and it wasn't even that close. I got frustrated enough that I kicked a cone at one point. I haven't gotten that frustrated during frisbee for a while.
