I have five cute kids. And I have some rockin short green racing shorts- I wear them mainly because it embarrasses my wife so much. I like ultimate frisbee, trail running, reading, and cheering for the Denver Broncos! And I have the absolute best wife in the world. And I used to run for the now-disbanded national Team Pearl Izumi- Ultra!
AM- Bread and butter BW. 14.5 miles with 10 MP (6:03 avg). Felt pretty good today.
Lunch- 8 miles with the guys, followed by a full 20 min of core work and leg strengthening.

Bread and butter as in French bread with honey butter, or bread and butter as in pickles? If literally bread and butter then what type of bread and butter? If pickles, then what brand? Spear, long thin ones, little circle ones? What do you have against dill pickles?
