Lunch- 4.5 pretty slow miles. No real aims when I set out and I felt very tired, so I was satisfied with 4.5 miles in 38 min. I'm retiring my shoes today- they are almost at 500 miles and my arches hurt when i use them. I have 7 pairs of normal road shoes (not Hokas or racing flats) and 6 of them are at 430+ miles. I better start retiring some and using a few new ones.
