Wait, did your current house sell then? Did you get an offer?

From jtshad on Tue, Feb 05, 2008 at 09:59:00

Yeah, new house? What's the scope...this is a lot faster movement than we we ran together a few weeks ago.

From Jon on Tue, Feb 05, 2008 at 11:20:36

We have a contract on a new house near Cody's, but it is contingent on our current house selling (which has not happened yet). So I'm calling it our new house, but nothing is official until our house sells.

From jtshad on Tue, Feb 05, 2008 at 11:24:37

I thought you didn't want to get caught up in the process of looking every week end? Now, get ready for some extra stress...especially from your wife during this "contigent" timeframe. How long is your contract for the contingency?

From Jon on Tue, Feb 05, 2008 at 11:28:55

We didn't look much. The contingency is till mid-March, but if it doesn't sell by then we will either ask to extend or just let it go. We like the house, but there are plenty more out there if we don't get this one.
