Personal:

I have five cute kids. And I have some rockin short green racing shorts- I wear them mainly because it embarrasses my wife so much. I like ultimate frisbee, trail running, reading, and cheering for the Denver Broncos!   And I have the absolute best wife in the world.  And I used to run for the now-disbanded national Team Pearl Izumi- Ultra!

Ran with the daughter/jogging stroller today for the first time this year.  A few miles warm up, then a few miles with Paul and Cody, then a few more with Cody.  8 miles, 64 minutes.  Then 2 more miles without anyone (including the kid) at 7:20 and 7:06.  Still feeling tired.

28 miles in two runs will do that to you.

What James said and what has your sleep been like?

From Jon on Tue, Mar 25, 2008 at 22:15:41

Great, actually. Went to bed at 9 last night, earliest in years. Didn't fall asleep for a while, but still. Averaging 7+ hours for more than a week, while I usually get 5-6 or so.
