Ran to Paul's house, ran 3 miles with him, then ran a bunch more by myself.  It is so nice that it is light outside.  ~14 miles, 1:45:50.  Don't know my pace for most of it, but mile 13 was 7:00 and mile 14 was 6:30.

Nice run. You forgot to put your miles in your mileage portion...

From Jon on Wed, Mar 12, 2008 at 22:59:29

Good catch.

Jon, good miles today! looks like your starting to pour it on. Keep it up Bro.

Hi, I'm Josse.

From Adam RW on Thu, Mar 13, 2008 at 12:26:28

Jon, I'm with you on the St. George moving the competition, I think you should go and tear it up with the the top Dogs heading east. First I was bummed when Sasha initially boycotted SLC but when I thought about it I got excited maybe I have a chance to finish top 5 in a fairly large marathon. Now however, with Dave, Sasha, and the obligate 2 "elites" It is going to be a tough run...

sad you couldn't make it to moab...

What are your fake goals for 2008?

From Jon on Thu, Mar 13, 2008 at 15:12:30

I had fake goals at first (such as exercise 8 days/week) to see if anyone would notice. I removed them when I put my real goals.

From josse on Thu, Mar 13, 2008 at 15:19:36

I noticed and it made me laugh! I love the Steeplechases I have done Wasahth and Jupiter.

From Jon on Thu, Mar 13, 2008 at 15:36:53

I have run up to the top of Wahsatch a few weeks before the race. Tough course. How does Jupiter compare to it? Did you enjoy them?

From josse on Thu, Mar 13, 2008 at 15:39:12

They are both though but I love trail running, I just wish I would stop turning my ankles on them. I think Wahsatch is tougher. I did enjoy both of them.

From Jon on Thu, Mar 13, 2008 at 15:43:23

Is Jupiter a lot faster/shorter than Wahsatch?

From josse on Thu, Mar 13, 2008 at 17:20:24

yes both shorter and faster, and it doesn't have the crags up top that slow you down, well at least they slowed me down because I am afraid of heights. Thank goodness I had some nice guys that helped me threw this section. I beleive W is 18 and J is 16.
