PM- It was SOOOO nice to sleep in today.  6 mile run in the hot evening with the jogging stroller, 3 miles with Paul.  Stopped by his house to see Seth- cute baby with lots of brown hair.  Easy run.  Should be a fun 10k tomorrow.

I ran about 76 miles the first 2 weeks of month combined as I was taking a mini break and recovering from my trail marathon.  The last 3 weeks, though, I averaged 14 miles a day.  Projected to a month, that would give me 376 miles, which I believe would be an alltime high (ran 337 last Aug).  And I have 386 miles planned for next month.  Wow.

Your entry sounds like mine today. What race are you running, have fun, 10k's are the funnest of them all;)

Josse, I am doing the very low key Wheat and Beet 10k in the metropolis of Garland. Did it last year with James, too. $5 entry plus $3 after for breakfast- can't beat that. I think Paul, Cody, and Walter are coming, so it will be pretty stacked for a small town race.

Yup, we both slept in. But you are lucky- even with my sleeping in, I only got 6.5 hours of sleep (the most this week) and still woke up at 5. I look forward to Sundays SOOO much because they are my only day to ever sleep in past 5 am. Yeah!

Jon yes I did and sent you a reply a few minutes after you sent me the private post. I've sent posts like that before and had no response, but I did send a reply. Maybe it goes to Sasha, because yours was addressed as if it came from Sasha. Anyway yes you can.
