I like ultimate frisbee, trail running, reading, and cheering for the Denver Broncos!   And I have the absolute best wife in the world.  And I used to run for the now-disbanded national Team Pearl Izumi- Ultra!

No time to run yesterday until 9:30 pm, and by that point the run would have been so short that I decided resting my foot an extra day would be better.

Today, I ran a few miles, then met Paul, Dave, and Cody at Planet Walk.  First time seeing Dave in a long time- he had an awesome goatee.  Did a few miles together, then dropped them off at Paul's.  Ran Landfill loop with Cody, then dropped him off.  I ran over towards my new house and ventured into a field for fun, only to discover that underneath the snow was a lake.  With feet and shoes now soaking wet, I ran about 4 more miles.  Forgot to start my watch once, but time was ~1:45 for 14 miles.  Foot was tight and had a bit of pain, but tons better than Saturday.  Hopefully, whatever it was won't return.

Adrenaline- 200 (I still think of these as very new shoes, but they obviously are not)

Nice run Jon, and congratulations on your new house and selling your other one. How for away are you from your old house? You'll have to let me know we you head up to IF and maybe Jeff and you and I can run together. I'm only 45 miles away from IF, and I always need an excuse to go up there. I've got Olive Garden gift cards I need to use.

The new house is less than 2 miles away, so that's nice. I'll let you know when I head up to IF next- Jeff and I usually get together at least once. However, we don't have any immediate plans, but we always seem to end up there.

yeah we seem to end up there mostly in the football season. :) Thanks to jon's addiction to Tivo

I can see the addiction if I had one during football season I would definitely be addicted to the Tivo too.

Well, you guys are welcome during non-football season too! Misery, I mean our lovely paradise, loves company!

Hey, Jon, glad to hear the foot is feeling a little better. It was good meeting you, hopefully you'll make it back down to P-town sometime.

Im embarassed to know that you witnessed the smell of my kitchen failure. Another note for aspiring chefs...dont cook and study for a test at the same time. Even spaghetti will burn given long enough....
