I like the sound track, a bunch of songs I have never heard before but so fitting. I definitely see why you like the trail running, the beauty is amazing. The downhills just look crazy though! Not sure if you saw my post a couple weeks back but I am super curious what you could do. The challenge is 10 minutes on the treadmill at 15%, you change the speed to whatever you can handle and see how far you can get. Give yourself a 5 sec leeway before starting the timer to allow the treadmill to get up to speed. My first and only attempt was 1.06 mi. Something is telling me that you will bury that.

Fun challenge, Adam. Maybe I'll try it in a month after my race. But 6 mph at 15% is a pretty good clip.

It was fun and opened my eyes (or reopened them) to the challenge of the climb. Waldo is on my wife's b-day. Have fun with it and I look forward to seeing what you do for the 10min.
