I like ultimate frisbee, trail running, reading, and cheering for the Denver Broncos!   And I have the absolute best wife in the world.  And I used to run for the now-disbanded national Team Pearl Izumi- Ultra!

AM- I have been going to sleep 30-60 min later than I probably should most of this week, and it finally caught up to me. I was very, very close to bagging my 4:15 am run this morning. In the end, I forced myself out of bed and slogged through 5.5 miles on the golf course, running holes 5 thru 14. Maybe I'll get all 18 holes one morning, though I will need more than 45 minutes.

PM- Man, it is a TON easier to run 7:00 pace at 5 pm then it is to run 8:00 pace at 4:15 am.  Anyways, did the Willow Park/Planet Walk 6+ mile loop.  6.3 miles, 6:49 pace.  Round down to 6, since I'm sure some of my morning runs have been short.

Holy cow. 4:15 AM is just plain inhumane! Good job on getting out even without all the necessary sleep.

I'm really excited! We definitely should get together for some runs once fall semester starts. Only, I'm scared a bit, since you guys actually have winter in Logan. I'm far too used to balmy St. George winters. Should be fun though?!?!? :)

Good job getting out with your crazy schedule. Your a trooper. I can do that like once a month or something if needed but not every day.

Keep up the good work!

Anybody running at 4:15 am has my respect. Great dedication!
