AM- 6 miles.  Still sluggish, plus my left foot is hurting again.

PM- Planned 9 mile run was scratched.  Injury precaution.  No 100-mile week, but that is ok.  Healthy is more important.

I will be up in Logan tonight due to a family reunion. I would love to come and run with you guys. Where is your address in Providence?

From Jon on Fri, Aug 17, 2007 at 11:00:47

318 Springcreek Pkwy (townhome)

It's right on the Top of Utah course, just north of the miniature golf course and Master Mechanic. If you are coming from Logan Main street, it is east of Firehouse Pizza about 1/2 mile.

Call me if you need better directions- 787-4230

Don't worry I will set mine to only beep every mile.

What did you do to your foot, Mr. mega miles and stress fractures?

From Jon on Fri, Aug 17, 2007 at 19:46:00

Hurts, kinda like the start of a stress fracture. Nuts.

From jtshad on Sat, Aug 18, 2007 at 08:35:46

Watch that foot, sometimes a little breather can stave off the aches if they are not serious (I hope it is not a stress fracture!). Hope it feels better soon so you are ready for TOU.
