AM- 10

Lunch- 7 with Jim.  The weather is still hot and humid (94 high today), but not near as bad as it was for July and a few weeks of August.  Of course, I'm acclimated, now- Logan didn't hit 90 all summer, and we hit it almost every day for 2 months.  So my definition of hot has changed.  Plus, I feel real cold running in the 68 deg temps in the morning (really, it's freezing), while Logan will be 45 deg all the time.  Paul, you would hate summer weather here.  I'm viewing it as an advantage- come UROC in September, just having the cooler temps will be as good as a full taper!

I just saw your blogspot website - I love the pic at the top! Did you draw that on paint?!

My wife did, actually. I don't have the artistic ability to do even that. She did it while waiting for me to get home from a trail race, in fact.

For the record it was 96 when I started my run today. That is hot for me!

Cody- wow. Paul had said on his blog recently how nice the temps had been all summer, never in the 90's. Looks like he jinxed you.

He's right, just not this week. Hope you survive the hurricane!
